FAQs
What do I have to prepare for this event?
Bring your curiousity and spirit of sharing to Barcamp Cyberjaya! Keep an open mind to what others have to share, and at the same time, think about what others might benefit from your own experiences. Slides and a laptop are pretty common, some make props, and others simply come with markers and a storyline in their heads. And of course, make sure you register!
Is it necessary for me to present a topic during BarCamp?
A BarCamp is as interesting and informative as the people who come to make it. Not sure if your topic is interesting? The crowd will tell you through their votes. Not sure if you’re a good presenter? Doesn’t matter – the crowd will decide with their feet. It’s an excellent, honest learning experience for first-time presenters! The short answer’s no – it’s not compulsory. But it’s highly encouraged.
Is there any entry fee?
No, it is free. We do not collect any entry fee from participants for this event!
