This form was created to give all students of the Faculty of Computing and Informatics (FCI) a safe space to voice concerns, share feedback, or report issues. Submissions can be made anonymously if you prefer. All entries will be reviewed confidentially by the IT Society, and appropriate action will be taken to address the matters raised.
